Apply for a 2014 Philly Tech Week Event Organizer Micro-Grant

The calendar for Philly Tech Week 2014 presented by AT&T grows. We are delighted to see many new organizations, large and small, getting involved during the week.

See some of the events on the recently launched site PhillyTechWeek.combuilt in partnership with our friends from Jarvus Innovations.

In an effort to be inclusive and help smaller organizations (or those specifically mission-driven) to attend the week, we are again offering modest stipends to help cover the costs of the event, including snacks, room rental, supplies, etc.

We award these grants to events that (a) can do the most good with the least amount of money, (b) fit in with Tech Week’s spirit of community and impact.

This year, we will be offering at least 5 micro-grants of approximately $150-$300 to meaningful groups who embody one or more of the six Tech Week tracks.

To apply for one of the micro-grants, complete this form. The deadline has been extended to Monday, February 17 at 5 p.m.

For the sake of transparency: We always share that sponsorship of Philly Tech Week is a big part of what funds our year-round dedicated daily reports and full-time community organizing efforts, but we are always committed to bringing more groups into the fold.

We look forward to reviewing your submissions!
