ICP is looking for Event Marketing Interns for Summer 2020 in New York, NY (Paid Internship)

TITLE: Event marketing intern
REPORTS TO: Manager, Event Marketing
LOCATED: New York City

THE DESCRIPTION: This part-time paid temporary internship supports the day-to-day operations of the International Cosmetics & Perfumes, Inc. (ICP) marketing team. ICP is the exclusive creator, marketer and marketer of luxury fragrance brands in North America, with a focus on the House of Creed brand.

This role will provide exceptional customer service through proactivity, creativity and organization. We expect all team members to promote and maintain the intrinsic corporate culture that fosters the company’s core values: transparency, recognition, accountability and communication.

  • Assist in organizing and executing national corporate events at luxury retail partners and ICP-owned boutiques, particularly Creed Boutiques
  • Develops promotional event packages presented to retailers and customers
  • Coordinates shipments and deliveries of assets and event materials
  • Helps manage inventory of marketing materials and promotional materials
  • Performs competitive research
  • Help coordinate meetings and corporate events


  • Sophomore, Junior, or Senior with a major or minor in Marketing and/or Events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail, sense of organization, time management, multitasking
  • Has a positive attitude, is approachable and possesses creativity and enthusiasm
  • Computer proficiency and technical knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and relational skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment while being adaptable to change
  • Is comfortable working with a small team and ready to take on new challenges/opportunities

This internship will take place at ICP’s New York headquarters from June 3, 2019 through August 8, 2019. Interns will be expected to work 28-32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, and will be paid $16/hour for the hours worked.
