Marketing/Creation Director


Noon Whistle Brewing Company is seeking a Marketing/Creative Director with a wide range of skills. The goal of this position is to increase brand awareness, grow brand audience, help drive traffic to breweries, and increase follower engagement. The Marketing/Creative Director reports to the VP of Operations and is responsible for email marketing campaigns, content creation, product announcements, sales support, and navigating the world of social media. The ideal candidate must have a creative sensibility as well as the technological know-how to get the job done. We are looking for an energetic, creative and “roll up your sleeves” employee who will help take our brand awareness to the next level. This is a vital role within Noon Whistle Brewing with opportunities for expansion and growth in the future.


Create content for social media and digital marketing, while maintaining brand relevance

Art/graphic design

Develop and publish original, engaging and high quality content for all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

Assist in the implementation of a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific and timely publications and marketing campaigns

· Participate and capture content at both internal and in-market events

Customer engagement through events

· Create marketing content, flyers, sales tools and social media ads

· Monitor all social media platforms and interact with followers via direct messaging and chat features; Listen, respond, ask questions and engage our audience

Help develop digital communications strategy and execute all email campaigns

Manage content and information on internal and external websites

Help develop creative content to use beyond social media channels

Think tank ideas to help engage customers across the tasting room and market

Other assigned marketing tasks


Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field

Experience in digital marketing and social media

Good knowledge of business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.)

Familiar with social media metrics

· Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and Word press

· Flexibility with working after hours or weekends to manage social channels as needed

Experience with photography

A general understanding of craft beer and the brewing process is a must
