North Lake Tahoe Resort Association makes $ 50,000 in special event marketing funds available

The North Lake Tahoe Resort Association has announced its application cycle for the 2022 Special Events Partner Funding Program. Facilitated on an annual basis, the NLTRA directs sponsorship funds to special events that result in nightly visits to the area. of North Lake Tahoe. “Recognizing that local events help demonstrate the character and spirit of our communities, we are pleased to initiate the process of applying for Special Events Funding for 2022,” said Bonnie Bavetta, Interim CEO of North Lake Tahoe Resort Association. “Our goal with this initiative is to support and develop local events that distinguish our community and help our local businesses thrive. “

Applications will be accepted for calendar year 2022 events and must be submitted by Friday, October 29 to Katie Biggers, [email protected] or dropped off in person at the NLTRA offices. As a result of the application and evaluation process, a number of events will receive funding under the program. Funding will be granted in early December after acceptance of the recommendations by the NLTRA Board of Directors.
