The legendary Gatlin brothers arrive in Lufkin in October

There is good news and bad news from the Angelina Arts Alliance.

The bad news is that the Steep Canyon Rangers will not be able to perform in October in Lufkin due to issues related to COVID.

The good news is that a legendary and iconic band has been booked to fill this date. Larry, Steve & Rudy – The Gatlin Brothers will be performing at the Temple Theater on October 20! The Gatlin Brothers are a Grammy Award winning trio who have dazzled audiences for over sixty years with a lifetime of remarkable achievement in their storybook career.

The Gatlin Brothers have enjoyed many massive hits over the past few decades, including “All the Gold in California”, “Houston”, “I Just Wished You Were Someone I Loved”, “The Lady Takes the Cowboy” and “Love is just a game “to name a few.

Their harmonies are perfect and they sound better than ever. They have performed at famous venues including the White House, President Reagan Library, Air Force One, Ford’s Theater, Camp David, President Bush’s 80th Birthday, Lincoln Theater, with the New York Pops Orchestra at Carnegie Hall , the Houston Symphony, Madison Square Garden Venetian Room, West Point, Dollywood, The Mall in DC for July 4th, the Greek Theater, Billy Bob’s, Radio City Music Hall, Disney World and Wembley Music Festival.
